Kevin M: Very beautiful location with good amenities and a casino. However the service was lacking with some employees stating theyd worked long hours after being short with us. The exercise room had not been cleaned in a while and it showed. The front desk personnel where friendly and helpful the reason for 2 stars. The prices are high and the overall value for the customer has diminished. Weve been here a few times in the past and things have changed, this was not a pleasant visit for us.
