5 /5 Michelle Richards: What a treat! Every detail of this place was amazing. The rooms, casino, shops, all very clean. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The bedding was extra comfy, especially the pillows. The shower! We have been on vacation for about 4 days and this shower is my favorite so far! The buffet was a bit different then I am used to but it was delicious, there are so many options. Something for everyone! The best though, was the dessert area! So many options, I couldnt eat them all! I would stay here again, and hope to!

5 /5 Peggy Brown: Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino was fantastic! The entire property is vibrant, clean, and full of energy. The casino floor has a huge selection of games, and the atmosphere is exciting without being overwhelming. The staff were friendly and professional, making sure we felt welcomed from check-in to check-out. Rooms were modern, comfortable, and had that cool Hard Rock flair with music memorabilia everywhere. Dining options were excellent, and the live entertainment made the experience even more memorable. Can’t wait to come back!

4 /5 Richard Chapman: Its a hotel and casino. So there are some expectations of course. That said that only complaint was the smoky atmosphere because you can smoke inside. The hotel and casino are beautiful. Everyone was super nice and the service they provided was top notch. The pool and spa are were really nice as well. Plenty of ways to relax as well as gamble. Lowest betting amounts in the table games I saw was $15/hand. I didnt like how roulette every chip is $5 and the net minimum is $5. This is not just on the outside. Also, I like to play columns and they took that away because of the payout amount. It wasnt worth it to play them. Hard Rock Cafe was very good and the staff was amazing. They made a special occasion even more special. Destiny was our server and she was absolutely amazing. Of course because this is a hard Rock there is music memorabilia everywhere. You can come here just to see that and spend nothing!

5 /5 Valadou: A Must See if your in the area! Always a great place, always open! MUST TRY THE GRIND CAFE , delicious gelato, coffees, and the most beautiful artisan cakes and sweet treats! They removed food court so the wait is long for noodle bar or anywhere else so reservations are a must! The Council Oak is top notch fine dining. They could use a few more places in my opinion , Buffet is not like it used to be. The noodle bar is awesome but it is so small hold up to 50! Always a line 3 hour wait or so , it is good but just to long of a wait unless its like 3 am! Need more security in the Parking Garage ! Pretty busy on the weekends which is nice but they need more Wait Staff around the machines on casino floor, takes almost a half hour to find someone to order a drink when it is a busy night! I am a Unity Member and I visited on my Birthday and I went to claim a gift at the players club and they said they stopped giving out Birthday Gift/free plays. I did not even receive the cupcake delivery like they usually do when its your birthday. I was disappointed because as a Unity Member I should have received a gift as promised.

4 /5 Life is good: First time at this casino and we had a lot of fun. I love that they have a non smoking section but not sure they had a variety of slot machines. I did miss the Lumber Jack machine but over all we came out winning and enjoyed our time there. We also enjoyed seeing the vintage wardrobe of all the famous singers and Elviss piano.

Patricia Bolanos: I really enjoy coming to this casino and have had a great time playing here. Ive even had some decent wins, which is always a plus! The overall atmosphere and experience on the floor are fantastic. However, Ive had a recurring issue with one specific bartender, Giselle. She has been consistently rude to me and my guests. Ive brought my husband and a cousin here on separate occasions, and both have said they dont want to return because of how she treated them. I hope this is something the management can address, as its a shame to have one persons attitude ruin an otherwise great experience

fsufan: Very poorly ran room. Too many rude, unpleasant, unhappy employees, they just seem miserable. The room has a very negative, disgruntled feel about it. A Friday Saturday only room, dead the other days. The room only attracts player who want to play for high hands. It doesnt attract player who want to play poker. This room just isnt worth it.

Each visit has become a complete experience — we enjoy the shows, then play afterward in an atmosphere that’s full of energy. The music, drinks, food, and overall vibe are fantastic. Thanks to Lucia, every time I come here, I have a wonderful time full of fun and excitement. She is an absolute credit to this casino!

Sue Young: Its a good place to bet on horses and lots of TV. The service is ok. The food is so so . They have poker games as cash and tournaments. Not let for night tournaments. Everyone is friendly and Tina is the best girl there behind the bar the only thing they dont have to many girl on the f floor to bring drink to the tables. I would tell everyone about this place. We been going since June and it is a good time out. Lots of room for watching the horses races they have an upstairs too. The poker games are all down stairs.

Had some hands where no one in their right mind would call all in knowing they were beat but only called because their friend was joining in the pot to make it a 2/3 odds to knock me out. Look out for working teams of two. Otherwise it’s poker. As long as you know that your stack is being worked against and you’re playing for fun. It appears to be a nice poker room.

Syra Ozaeta: Airsupply had their 50th anniversary and had a concert over the weekend 05/03 and when we arrived it was super crowded but the magic city casino employees did outstanding in being polite and directing patrons to the lines. I loved the safety they took with checking and we entered pretty much fast. Inside the casino was busy again with people however I was pleased that for the concert again we went try the ticketing process. We reached our seats just in time and the band started promptly at 8pm. Was fantastic,sound was amazing sitting at the P6 level.I would definitely be back again for another event if its always like this

I cannot stress enough that this casino will only be good to you if you are a new customer, or gamble $100,000 a year.
