    Jessica Limmer: Silver Palm in Naples is seriously my favorite spot to hang out! Terry, Annabelle, Valerie Ms. Linda and Shay are awesome hosts and always make you feel like a regular. Management here is terrific and the place is super clean and comfy, and there are so many different games—you’ll never get bored. The machines actually hit, which makes it even more exciting! Plus, the food and drinks are really good. If you want a fun night out with great people and a ton of games, Silver Palm is the place to be!

    Billy Cannistraci: This place is a rip-off. The machines are rigged. They only pay out to whoever they want to pay out to every time Ive been there. And its been 7 times already, and I will not go back anymore. I lose a lot of money and I notice theres something fishy going on in there, and the other thing is theyre really dirty inside. They never have any snacks for their customers. Just bottles of water and soda. I will never go back there again. They are horrible.

    Matt Kellogg: Wife and I stumbled across this place on Google maps while mapping out some casinos. Thought we would check it out and give it a try. Upon arrival it seemed a bit shady as we walked up to the door it said that they were open but the door was locked and there was a sign to ring a bell. We also noticed that there were surveillance cameras on the front door as well. We rang the bell multiple times to get in with no luck which we thought was odd because we just watched 2 older ladies do the same thing and get in no more than 90 seconds before us. We tried the bell again with no luck so went back to the vehicle. After getting into the vehicle we watch a gentleman come up and get in his truck to leave. There obviously are slot machines inside because we were able to see them both times while the door was open with the ladies entering and the gentleman leaving. Not sure what kind of establishment this is but definitely seems shady with the way it is setup. Maybe we missed something and it isnt open to the public.

    Shara Matt: Used to go to this little place a while back, havent been in quite some time and thought we would stop in. Well the guy that was working was very rude. I have my service dog with me every where I go including restaurants and when I walked in with her he said pets arent allowed. I tried to explain that she is a registered service dog and he just repeated that pets are not allowed and that he is allergic to dogs. Wow. So my dog that is required in order to save my life is not allowed, well I can tell you that place has lost customers because once its out that she wasnt allowed its not only us not going back to this place but many others as well. Good job night clerk. Great way to do business is keep people out so you dont have to work.

    Christina Brown: This casino night was AWESOME! They made it so easy for our attendees to play and they have had so much fun. They took care of everything and I didnt have to worry about a thing. The DJ they recommended was great as well. Steve and Carla were great to work with and we will definitely be using Show Biz Productions again!

There is no rewards program, no incentive to return. No comps! Go to the other coast and go out on the Victory Casino. Although this review is all negative we tried to enjoy our time the best we could especially on the top deck. That guy singing karaoke has it going on! He was fantastic and made things fun.
