Palm Beach State College - Boca Raton (FL)

5 /5 Daniel Scheckowitz: I wish I can give this place 10 stars but it wont let me. Anyway, I went here from 2021 to 2024 and my experience was beyond amazing. Everybody was willing to help and class sizes are really manageable (30 students at most). There are only 6 buildings on campus making it easy to navigate. At the same time, the proximity to FAU gave it a university feel nevertheless. Definitely recommend.

5 /5 Silvi a: Great college! Parents start dual enrollment at 7th grade especially in intermediate algebra and reading classes. Their tech programs during high school are amazing. Look into dental assistant/hygiene, firefighters, pharmacy tech, computer programming, real estate agent, etc. Set up an appointment with palm beach state college academic counselor to start taking classes for your child. Its free. There is free tutoring for a lot of subjects! During high school, I recommend taking college level classes towards a bachelors degree such as ENC 1101 , ENC 1102, and MAC 1105, for example. Lake Worth high school students have graduated with 60 college credits before senior graduation!!
