4 /5 Mel: The staff in the library are very friendly especially the only male librarian with a long hair. The support they have for veterans is impeccable. I was sad when the retired navy advisor Kevin Kropp left but Mr. Tilden is doing an amazing job as well. I did not put 5 stars all the way because of my bad experience with one advisor. Not mentioning his name but this retired Air Force set up an appointment with me before the start of semester. When I called him that day he left his phone at home and his wife answered it. After she gave me his office number, I called him and he told me to call him back after an hour. I called after an hour many times but he never picked up and he did not even respond on my emails. Two of the core values of the AF are Service Before Self and Excellence in all we do but I did not get that from him.
