5 /5 Shannon Venable: My four grandchildren have been attending the school now for two years. We’ve been able to be a part of all the school activities and I must say compared to the other schools they’ve been to the programs are top-notch. I’ve seen a huge improvement in their academics as well. The teachers that I’ve been privileged to get to know are some of the sweetest people. They really do seem to care about the kids. I’ve also noticed that there’s a lot less drama between the students. I’m not sure what they are doing but my grandchildren don’t come home complaining about other kids. I really do feel like the administration and teachers are fostering good relationships between the students and that is a very important part of the student’s journey. It also makes learning much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend the school for a well rounded experience in activities, sports, recreation, and academics.

5 /5 Jenny Ochoa: We are beyond thankful for our school every day. My girls have both thrived academically, socially, spiritually and athletically. The school focuses on the whole child and helps encourage growth, both inside and outside the classroom. Each teacher has invested in my kids and taken a genuine interest in their well-being and development. There has been constant communication with their teachers, and I never have to worry that our kids will get lost in the shuffle, as the classes are small and each child matters. The administration encourages and expects parental involvement in the education process. I think some parents expect a school to raise their children for them, and thats not what its all about. Its a true partnership. My kids are happy and feel safe. This school truly feels like family. There is no such thing as a perfect school, but it has been pretty darn close for our family. We are forever grateful for the blessing of this school.

5 /5 Adrianna Clark: St. John Lutheran Church and School has been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Unfortunately, I have never had the privilege of going to school there when I was a girl, but my sons most certainly do! I however, attended the church at an early age with my grandfather and grandmother and have had a love for it ever since. My sons are in 5th and 3rd grade and have done marvelously well in their elementary career there. The teachers are unmatchable with kindness, patience, and knowledge. With an appropriate level of discipline and structure, the staff has proved to be the perfect combination in partnering with the upbringing of my children. My son’s elementary career from K3 to where they are now has helped make them into bright, well behaved kind gentleman. But, most importantly, the love of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is shown in all circumstances.

From the moment they stepped through the doors, they were welcomed in a warm environment that fosters a love of learning and a sense of belonging. The curriculum is dynamic, interactive, and sparks curiosity in both my girls. Theyre constantly excited to share what theyre learning. The teachers have been exceptional. Theyve been patient, encouraging, and always available to offer support, both academic and emotional. Weve experienced nothing but a strong sense of community, both within the classroom and beyond. Class sizes are small which allows for personalized attention. The small school size allows for genuine friendships to blossom, and I dont feel like my girls are just faces in a crowd. The school also organizes numerous events and activities that bring everyone together. If youre looking for a school that will truly care for your childs academic, emotional, and social development, look no further!
