4 /5 Shane Cherniss: Walking in to the restaurant I really enjoyed the ambiance and the decor. I sat at the sushi bar and ate some delicious nigiri which was well made. I followed that with a very tasty rainbow roll. I even had a bottle of Sapporo with me meal. The staff were very courteous and swift. There appears to be a private dining area. 5 /5 Rick Harris: The food here was superb. We moved from West Central Florida out to Titusville and needed a Japanese style dinner location. I got the Chirashi sushi dinner and I couldnt have been happier with the chefs choice of fish and the rice was delicious. Wife and kids got the hibachi and everything was so well seasoned and flavorful. I love me some ginger salad and clear soup and theirs was amazing. This will be the new go to when ever Im feeling like sushi and hibachi for sure.

3 /5 Daniel White: Ill echo other recent reviews. This is not great sushi. We had high expectations with the 4.6 rating, but sadly our experience was far from that. The sushi seems like parts of it are premade, not fresh. The rice isnt good and the nori was horrifically tough and chewy. Weve never experienced that before at a sushi restaurant. The tuna is minced, not slices. Service was fine and prices are in line, but the food just didnt rate. Unfortunately, we probably wont return. Update: after reading about the health department shutting them down in April for 139 rat droppings in the building we definitely wont be back! And on top of that, they had 16 violations in an inspection just 3 months after being shut down! Disgusting. Youd think theyd be making extra effort to remain clean, but obviously not.

The menu offers a great variety, from classic ramen to creative vegetarian options, ensuring something for everyone. Portions were generous, prices fair, and the attentive staff added warmth to the experience. This hidden gem is a must-try for anyone craving quality Japanese cuisine. Highly recommend!
