4 /5 E.J. Cordero: We visited an Arby’s and had an overall pleasant experience. The place is nice, with a good atmosphere, and everything was clean. We ordered two items: a breakfast combo and a special burger that was supposed to be the Big Cheese Bacon Burger. Additionally, we ordered a sandwich with hamburger, bacon, and cheese. The breakfast was perfect, everything cooked to perfection, including the bacon which was well-cooked without being burnt.
However, we had a problem with the special burger. First, it didn’t have bacon. Second, we asked for no pickles, but it came with pickles. We communicated this to the staff, specifically the manager, and he understood our complaints perfectly. He offered to remake the burger, but since we arrived hungry, we realized these issues halfway through eating and were already full, so we couldn’t eat more. The manager insisted on giving us a cookie at least, but we were no longer hungry. The burger was good, but those special details were missed.
