5 /5 mk: Been here a couple of times BUT yesterday was a fluke cuz we were a walk in on a Saturday night which is usually not possible. We sat @ the counter @ the kitchen. What a treat of entertainment. I had their new addition Wagyu Filet which was simply wow! It had everything that one would want including the greens. The other dish was their burger, which we ordered without the bun. I tasted it and it was juicy and delicious. Our server Moises was effervescent, informative and just a gr8 guy! Definitely gonna be back sooner than later. :)

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, inviting, and thoughtfully curated, perfect for everything from a casual bite to a special night out.The baked brie is next level. Perfectly warm, rich, and indulgent, it’s the kind of dish you keep thinking about long after you leave. Truly unforgettable and a must order. What made the experience exceptional, though, was the service. Martha went above and beyond, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about creating a great experience. Every recommendation was spot on, and the care shown throughout the evening made us feel incredibly well taken care of. Arts & Central nails it on every level: food, service, and ambiance. We will absolutely be back, and for that baked brie alone.

5 /5 Mike Zito: This is an architecturally stunning restaurant. It is a converted warehouse and quite large. It’s certainly one of the bester restaurants in Sarasota. The food is delicious and well prepared. I had a backyard smash burger on toasted bun with caramelized aioli, smoked Gouda, tobacco onion, lettuce and tomato with two perfectly cooked beef patties. The French fries were crispy and a herb salad with their house dressing was very good. The decor was amazing and there was a large room for private events. The cooking area was around a counter for additional dining with a closeup view of your food being prepared. The server was very friendly and attentive. It was a perfect meal in every way. Very large dining area and plenty of outside tables. There is street parking but since it is the historic Rosemary district, parking can be somewhat difficult.

5 /5 Michelle Kotler: Lamb sliders were delicious and so was the small side salad that came with them (it would be nice if you mentioned the salad on the menu because I almost ordered a separate salad but I’m glad I didn’t). Portions were perfect, atmosphere was beautiful, service was excellent even on Christmas Eve!

5 /5 Gaby Adia: This is a true gem in Sarasota! Our server, Diego, really made the night special with his attentiveness, friendliness, and excellent recommendations. The food was very fresh and beautifully presented. You can tell the kitchen puts in a lot of effort to make the dishes extra special. I would 100% recommend to all my friends and family!
