2 /5 The Hills: Customer service is bad. Since the reopen, anytime we use the drive thru after 2pm we get major attitude, as if we are inconveniencing them, even though that’s what they’re at work for (to take orders).. if your job is that bad, go get another one that doesn’t assist the public. On a positive note; the food is generally fresh and good.

5 /5 Danelle Olmstead: Fresh French fries......yum! They had a little rush after our order but was able to navigate through it. Great whopper meals with the mailed coupon.

1 /5 Daniel Thigpen: The staff took our order and we waited 10 minutes (we were the only ones in line) to get our order. As we drove off we checked our order and realized my orser was completely wrong, so we went back through the drive through to fix it. As we pulled into the drive through and explained the situation the lady taking our order told us that we did not tell her our correctly the first time. Which is completely wrong. Then as we got to the window after 30 mintires of waiting she told us to hand her the old bag of food before she could give us the new bag, ad if we were trying to get something for free.... poor customer experience. Get it together Burger king. I will not be back. This place is a waste of your time people.Very incompetent staff.

1 /5 michelle smith: Older Caucasian lady at the window is very rude and impatient. Then we order the food, make it all the way up to the window for her to tell us they can’t make our food and can only make fried foods. Like if you focused on the job instead of holding up that attitude all night you would’ve known that ahead of time.

5 /5 Carolyn Durham: The lovely lady at the window was very friendly. We were passing by and decided to stop. Its rare to see friendly faces and receive awesome customer service (especially in drive through). Plus it was very early in the morning. Wish I could bring her back to Tifton Ga. .lol
