5 /5 The Pitch with Sierra: Jon, the manager at Chili’s, was beyond professional and delivered exceptional customer service. My steak wasn’t cooked quite right at first, and he immediately took care of it without hesitation. He personally made sure it was re-cooked to perfection and checked back to ensure everything was exactly how I wanted it. His attention to detail, calm demeanor, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Experiences like this are why people come back. Thank you, Jon, for going above and beyond!

1 /5 Meaghan Jones: Had a party of 7. We waited for 25 minutes. Was told our table was ready. Once the hostess meet us at the door, she told us that our table was not ready and the manager just cut a server and had no open tables. Why would you cut any server when your restaurant is on a wait? There were plenty of open tables. This is absolutely ridiculous. Should have just went to the beach side. This location is always TERRIBLE.

5 /5 Abigail Edwards: My boyfriend and I love coming to chilis. But our experience this time was made even better because of our server Allenni. She is the only server we have had here who took the time to have conversation with us and double checked our order was correct after taking it. She kept the area clean and our water filled while handling other tables as well. Such a nice girl. Will be returning!
