Chilis Grill & Bar - Palatka (FL)

3 /5 denise roeder: Our food was less than great this time,my bun was burnt and not very good but Jesse took good care of us. She’s definitely a keeper and deserves a raise! Also,salad comes in a small bowl and is hard to toss. Needs a bigger bowl or a plate as I asked for one and made it much easier.

5 /5 Gail Christman: Stopped to meet a friend who was there while I was at the hearing aid place nearby. She was having an iced tea so I joined her had a iced tea/w lemonade and we decided to try the chip and tri sauces. Was great, as was the bartender who served us. Everything was a tasteful delight.

3 /5 Michelle Johnson: The dessert was delicious and the chips and salsa were good and plentiful. The rest of the food tasted like it came from the frozen food section at the Walmart in the back. Nothing special. We got the 3 for Me so the price was reasonable. But there are other places in town wed prefer. Our waitress was great, and we had interaction with a couple of other waitresses who were also friendly, thats ALWAYS a plus.

2 /5 DM Mendoza: The food was mediocre at best. Service was pretty good, our waitress Jessie was friendly and attentive. I recommend you dont order steak from here. The cooks seem to struggle with it. My daughter ordered a steak cooked medium, and it was so overcooked it was hard to cut into. We asked if she could have a new steak and after waiting forever it came back almost blue rare. Clearly not medium. The waitress offered to have it fixed, but by this time, we didnt want to wait longer so we just took the steak home to finish cooking ourselves. No manager ever came to check on us or to apologize for the twice incorrectly cooked steak. My burger was ok. Kind of dry, but at least it was cooked. Overall dont recommend this Chilis

5 /5 bone: The food is really good here (unless you get the loaded fries which were stale for me (which i got in June) but I can let it go since the rest of what I have had is really good and fresh). Service is good, I frequent this Chilis because its the better one in my area. I tried their potato soup like a week ago and it was so good so theres a photo of that.
