1 /5 Jeffrey Journeycake: If I could give zero stars, I would. The food might have been fine (hard to say since we barely got any), but the service was absolutely awful. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than customers. No greeting, no smile, just an annoyed host pointing us to a table.
Our server took forever to show up, and when they finally did, they acted like taking our order was a chore. Drinks took every bit of 30 minutes to arrive. The Food took over two hours to hit the table. Not once did anyone check on us after dropping off the food, and flagging down help was nearly impossible because the staff avoided eye contact like it was a sport.
I don’t care how good a kitchen is—if the service is this consistently careless and unfriendly, it ruins the entire experience. This place clearly doesn’t value its customers, and I won’t be back.
The picture is their “boneless wings” it actually chopped up chicken tenders.
The sweet potato fries were cold and soggy, the chicken tenders we ordered for our kids were over cooked and burnt.
