5 /5 Dragonlovewater: Food was excellent and staff were friendly. The interior is dated but welcoming and clean. We had an 8 count of Lacys rockin oysters without breadcrumbs and they were delicious! The oysters themselves were perfectly cooked and spinach was fresh not canned or frozen. I also ate the "small appetite" Little deal, all fried with baked beans and grits. All were salted lightly so I could add my prefered amount. All the seafood was excellently cooked nothing even mildly fishy. The crab bites are like mini crab cakes and have a nice sweet red pepper taste and the beans are not overly sweet and full of good flavor. Mum got the combo platter with grilled scallops and fried mullet (not pictured) which were both good. Mullet had the skin on (which i personally enjoyed) and a couple pin bones. But again was delicious. Pricing was reasonable for quality and the fact that we ordered an appetizer and combo plates. They even brought me a cup of ice when i asked which kept my leftovers good on the drive back. Would certainly come again.

5 /5 Marshall McHenry: I’ve drove by this place hundreds of times and my wife, son and I finally stopped in and wow absolutely delicious southern food, I had fried oysters, shrimp, hush puppies, cheese grits and swamp cabbage , perfectly seasoned and crispy, great hospitality! We will be back!

5 /5 Lisa Guffey: I was traveling, and we wanted to stop and have some dinner when we found this place. It looked really crowded from the outside appearance. The parking lot was full. We walked in and the restaurant was mostly filled with large groups of families and friends. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by a very happy hostess! We were seated immediately and brought drinks.. The sweet tea tasted like your Grandma made it! The food was even better! We had a great experience and the food was just amazing. What a great find. I highly recommend. I might travel just to go back.

Catfish (DELICIOUS), Grilled Grouper, hush puppies (The Best***) baked potatoes. Salad. The service was fantastic. Really friendly people all working in unison, helping each other. It was nice to see. The oyster shucker put on a show as well.
