5 /5 Ray Miller: This was my first visit to Derricks BBQ. Keirlynn was my server and she did a fine job. The pulled pork was an ample portion (sorry, I ate most of it before I took a picture!). The sides were piping hot and the green beans were bacon seasoned and delicious. The bake beans also had pork in them. The salad was fresh, but I thought the Italian dressing was a little bland. After I mixed it into the salad, though, it was just right, without an overpowering vinegar taste. They also have a sirloin steak special Thursday evenings at a reasonable price, which Ill try in the future. Keirlynn also said the Wednesday night real mashed potatoes and gravy are great... I guess Ill have to come back to try them too! Although desserts are not listed on the menu, they serve pineapple upside down cake and several other items.
