3 /5 J Stephen Sadler: Was drawn to this cute little restaurant by its look. Tucked under palm trees with a really cool patio in the back and beach patio on the side. They played a great beach type selection of music. Unfortunately, because they were serving a private party, we werent able to get seated in the back patio. Instead we chose the side patio which is cute but noisy from the U.S. 1 traffic.
We started our dinner by sharing a bowl of the lobster bisque. Couldnt find any lobster but the soup was thick and tasty. We then moved on to the fried shrimp and the fried clam dinners. The shrimp was the winner here but neither dish was special. Not bad but simply not special. The waffle fries side was a different twist.
We also tried the Cajun rice and black beans side dishes. All were ok but nothing special. Service was excellent with just the right attention.
If youre interested in a cool setting get the back patio) and great music and are ok with simply ok food youll enjoy this place.
