Eddie Vs Prime Seafood - Fort Lauderdale (FL)

4 /5 Maximilian: We went to Eddie V’s Prime in Las Olasas a walk in, and honestly, the atmosphere and service were top-notch. The place has that classy, but comfortable vibe and perfect for a date night or a nice evening out. We ordered the lobster tacos, filet mignon Oscar style (with lump crab), lamb chops, and truffle mac and cheese. The lobster tacos were definitely the highlight (super flavorful and perfectly cooked). The rest of the meal, though, felt a bit underwhelming. Maybe it was just an off night, or maybe we weren’t feeling our best that evening, but it didn’t quite hit the mark like we expected. Still, with how great the service and ambiance were, I think we’ll give it another shot. It definitely has potential to be one of those spots that wins you over on the second visit.

5 /5 Blair Bell: I celebrated my birthday here tonight, as it is my favorite restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. Everything was perfect for my celebration. Daniel was one of the best servers I have ever had. He was personable and a down to earth guy. His service was impeccable and I highly recommend asking for him to make your experience special. The food was excellent as always and the drinks were great. I also want to say a special thank you to Alev, the General Manager for always being so hospitable and kind when we visit. He is great at what he does and the food, staff and restaurant are a direct reflection of that. We all can’t wait to return. It will be soon.

5 /5 Hervin Alvarez: I had a fantastic experience here! The steak was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. They also offer plenty of gluten-free options, which was a big plus. Lori and Taylor, our servers, were both wonderful—attentive and friendly. I really enjoyed the mashed potatoes, and my wife loved the warm goat cheese salad. Overall, we’d highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

5 /5 Sam Rich: My friends and I had a wonderful experience at Eddie’s Vs while celebrating my birthday. We were served by Juliana, young lady from Brazil who was amazing and made the evening memorable. The manager Alev was also amazing and very funny. Both were attentive and their familiarity and knowledge of with the menu was impeccable. We were beyond impressed. Every part of the experience was amazing. I look forward to visiting again to not just celebrate a birthday but just to celebrate life. Thank you all for making my day special.
