2 /5 Jenn Marie: Had a poor experience today. I called to order a carry out this morning, the lady who picked up the phone had a poor attitude and then hung up on me. I called back and said “I think you hung up on me”. She said “What can I get for you?”, zero acknowledgment of what I’d stated. So I ordered my food then went to pick it up. The cashier was nice and I paid for the order. I went to my next destination and open the box, my order is wrong(my farmers omelette had no ham). So I call back, ask for a manager. She says there’s no manager to speak with so I let her know about the “error” and she said I could pick up the remake and to bring the incorrect order back. I brought it back and they gave me the correct order. I told her how the experience was not a good one and she said sorry but offered nothing else. I’ve been managing restaurants for 2 decades and my husband owns a restaurant on the beach. This scenario is why people choose corporate stores. The prices are good but I had poor customer service over the phone and my order was wrong with no attempt to compensate. It’s a shame because we eat out a lot, we tip well but I will not return here because the customer service was not acceptable and there was no opportunity to speak with management. What other choice do I have but to make a review on google about this experience? I would have preferred to be acknowledged by management and not go to the internet.

3 /5 Neil DeCamp: Decent place, food OK, service good but feel like they are over staffed. Only 10 tables and 3 servers. They have to flip tables to make money. The sausage, bacon, and Ham great. The biscuits and gravy good but needed salt and pepper. Potatoes I asked well done, they were under cooked and bland. The eggs I asked scrambled with cheese I got.. I dont know they werent scrambled and they resembled liquid egg consistency with a slice of cheese product on top. Coffee was good and the server was nice. But she took my plate before I was done with it. Once again I get it, in order to make money they need more tables. But should ask a fat man before taking the plate with gravy on it lol.

1 /5 Sun -N-Tan: Not one waitress has a clue what friendly means and instead of getting a coffee refill, you watch them socialize between themselves as if bringing food to your table and then the check is all thats required, but thats Ok, because the coffee here SUCKS! Also, it doesn’t matter how you ask to have your eggs cooked, the cook only knows how to make them one way. You have to drive out of Bayside Lakes to find a good breakfast. Thats Kikis on 192 if you want to know.
