1 /5 Ashley Boatwright: Bypass this place! Would give 0 stars if possible. A 20 minute wait in drive through for 2 medium sandwiches is ridiculous! No cars were in front of us. Staff quickly ran our card and disappeared. We had to call inside the restaurant to ask status of our food. Food came out 20 minutes after placing our order. The staff never informed us that there will be such an extended wait. Had we known, we would have decided to order elsewhere and be on with our travels. Jerk sandwich was missing the cheese. Sandwiches had sparse toppings. Asked for our money back for the long wait and she said no and that she can’t control how long it takes. Waited more time for the manager only for the manager to tell us that I have to call the regional manager to ask about a refund. Said he would bring her business card out so we could call, but after waiting 5 more minutes without it, we left.

5 /5 Kelli Wright: Firehouse Subs never disappoints they are spot on with their piled high meats & cheese and other condiments.I have tried different subs each time I go there, but my favorite is the club sub with turkey,ham,bacon something about that combination that hits the spot. And it comes that way so your not charged extra for the bacon. Plus they give you a delicious pickle spear with it.The soup was creamy & delicious. And like little to no wait.The restroom was very clean.

5 /5 Keyundrea Zanders: I visited the drive-thru today and had the pleasure of being helped by Amari. Her customer service was outstanding. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience better. She’s a great worker overall , 10/10 I would definitely recommend.

1 /5 Robert Ledogar: First time, last time! I’m a retired military service member that has served 25 years. I visited my local Firehouse Subs here in Live Oak and had been told by one of their employees that they gave a first responder discount. When I visited this store I was told that only firemen and police get this discount. Now I understand that firemen would warrant a discount as this establishment was founded by firemen, but police? They don’t do a damn thing in this town to warrant getting a discount along with firemen. I realize that it’s a measly 10% but the fact that I spent 25 years in the military, deployed into a war zone and defended this country with my life and they can’t give a common courtesy to military members? It’s not like there is a military base nearby that the restaurant would be giving discounts to many people. This is a complete lack of respect for the service that I and many others have given to this country and the security we provide that protects every member of this country. Where do police get such courtesy just because they’re police? I know many locals and belong to the American Legion in which many former military members belong. I will tell as many people as I can that this restaurant has literally no respect for their service or for what they have given over their life times, that they don’t garner enough respect for a measly 10% discount. In a town as small as Live Oak, decisions made like this can have severe consequences on a business. Just ask all the ones that have opened and closed shortly thereafter.
