He not only made our experience at the restaurant great, but also gave suggestions on where to go to experience Miami. Definitely a memorable time. Snapper- AWESOME!

5 /5 Marisol Flores: I came to Gisselle to celebrate my bf’s birthday and we were not disappointed. I will say it did take a bit for us to finally get seated but once we sat down we were nicely greeted by our waitress Daniella. She was absolutely amazing, since this was our first time here she did help us with the menu and even listed the most popular options. She was very attentive, and just very kinda and amazing over all and made our experience even better. The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were perfect. The atmosphere was incredible. Thank you and I can’t wait to come back !

5 /5 Mariela Mejias: The food was really good overall. The only thing was the pasta — they said it was just a little spicy, but for our taste, it was actually quite spicy. The presentation of the dessert was beautiful, truly impressive. We were there for a birthday celebration, and the place itself was lovely and charming.

My calamari was overdone and soggy from the sauce, and while the Caesar salad was fresh with good croutons, the dressing had odd bubbles that threw off the texture. (Reservation suggested)

The service was absolutely amazing — our server went above and beyond, explaining every dish in detail and ensuring everything was beautifully plated. The ambiance and presentation were top-tier, and the drinks were creative, visually stunning, and delicious. The appetizers and caviar were phenomenal — the caviar especially stood out for its exceptional quality and rich flavor. However, the Wagyu steak was a bit disappointing; it didn’t have that signature melt-in-your-mouth texture or distinct taste you’d expect from true Wagyu, and felt more like a regular steak. The total came out to around $2,600 for two people with gratuity included, which was expected considering the premium items we ordered. Despite the letdown with the steak, the experience, service, and overall atmosphere made the evening memorable. I’d consider coming back, especially for the appetizers, drinks, and excellent service.
