5 /5 Lexy Wright: Look, I don’t think many people go to buffets for amazing food - it’s all about quantity and speed. With that said, this is one of the most unique buffets I’ve ever been to. It was clean and upscale, not the usual hole in the wall. This clearly used to be a Golden Carrol (love the nod to its past with the name Golden Chopsticks) as the buffet followed the long assembly line approach.
Salad bar selection was outstanding. Tons of sushi options. Crab legs included! Food was actually hot (rare for a buffet) and I must say the coconut sauce shrimp was actually fantastic. Hot and sour soup was too spicy for me (I’m a whimp) but the others in my party loved it. There’s a little something for everyone.
