5 /5 Michael Miller: Guppy’s on the Beach in Indian Rocks Beach delivered a superb dining experience. We began with the Asian sashimi, which was fresh and well balanced, followed by a tuna salad that was both light and flavorful. The standout entrée was the blackened Australian sea bass—perfectly cooked, rich yet delicate—topped with a decadent Cajun brandy mustard sauce that elevated every bite. The accompanying broccoli and coleslaw were fresh, well-seasoned, and thoughtfully prepared, rounding out the dish nicely.
An exceptional meal and a restaurant we would enthusiastically recommend to anyone looking for delicious seafood with bold, memorable flavors.
