1 /5 Monica Perry: I normally don’t have a problem at Hardee’s being that it’s one of the few restaurants that is somewhat good in Quincy. This morning I ordered the super sausage on the brioche bun being that it was a new item I wanted to try. The girl on the mic reread the order and once I got to the window the lady at the window was polite and handled everything with care. Before I pulled off, I checked my food and the sandwich wasn’t what I ordered. When I went inside, the manager Carolyn had an attitude telling the cook to remake it cuz she doesn’t have time for this and we exchanged words. She was very unprofessional and rude. I also had words with two other workers mumbling things under their breath instead of acting accordingly. They beating me mad about my food and money. It’s starts with the head and for the lady Carolyn to be a manager acting like a child is showing the younger ones it’s okay to talk to customers any kind of way. After all, without the customers there isn’t a company. This isn’t her first time being rude. I’ve been going there for a while and even when she was a regular employee she was rude. With her in charge Hardees will lose a lot of business behind her. It definitely shows lack of leadership and putting anybody in charge.
