2 /5 Valerie Horton: I ordered the new BLT Frisco Angus burger, and it was very dry. The lettuce was old and brown. The service was very slow. I was not impressed at all.

1 /5 Timothy Strickland: If I could give zero stars, I would (Your Stupid Opinions podcast). I purchased two hamburgers. They had to prepare them. When I left, I ate the first one. It was so cold, it was like eating something that had been on the counter for a couple of hours. I ate them because they are too expensive to just throw away. First time thereand last time.

2 /5 Rachel Wolfe: I stopped to get a #6 on sourdough instead of a bun. It came out unusually fast, for something that needed to be made fresh.. So I get home and realize not only were the fries old and rubbery, but my mushroom and Swiss was clearly just swapped from a bun to cold sourdough bread. It was pretty gross, honestly. I wouldnt even let my dog eat it. The girl at the window was very friendly, however the cook should be cleaning toilets until they know how to be at the grill. DO BETTER Hardees!

1 /5 joshua gonce: Third time coming hear still slow still cold food and stale fries, the people are nice but that doesn’t excuse five minutes for a cold burger and fries that taste like they were made the day before. If they can’t fix this then just close it please.
