1 /5 Alyssa Joiner: I’ve been coming here for years but I don’t think I’ll be returning after the customer Service I experienced today. Truly the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. I came here with my niece and sister we each ordered a Hibachi entrée, a drink and a sushi roll. When our food came out, we realized we were missing a hibachi entrée when we asked the employee about it that was bringing us our food and took our order she said with a disgusted look on her face and an attitude that we didn’t have another entrée. We explained that we all ordered one and she tried to argue with us. My sister said “okay thank you” and we left it alone because my sister no longer wanted to eat due to the attitude we were experiencing from the employee. The employee continued to walk away from the table and then turn around and snap at my sister saying “It’s not on your receipt that’s what I’m telling you you weren’t charged for it!”. We never said we were charged for it we said we did order it. We would’ve had no problem paying for it and getting the mixup handled, however, she did not want to handle it with us. She wanted to catch an attitude and be very rude. Not to mention, the food came out in a matter of seconds before we could even grab our drinks meaning it had been just sitting there and it was cold.
