Hungry Howies Pizza & Subs - Madison (FL)

1 /5 John Wetherell: Called and ordered a large pizza. Was told it would be ready in 20 min. Went to pick it up and was told it was in the oven. 45 minutes later I went to the counter and its setting under the heat lamps. Asked if they were going to sell it to me and was told they were understaffed and busy. If I didnt like it I could leave. Mind you, other customers had came and gone in this time. Went around the corner to Cucinellas. They were happy to serve me.

1 /5 William Burton: I have been a frequent Hungry Howies customer for years, mostly the Madison, FL location. I always order the antipasto salad. This item costs $9.75. I dont mind the high price because it always comes loaded with plenty of meats and cheese. I ordered the same salad I have been getting for years today. When I got home, I noticed that it felt really light. About half what it usually weighs. I look and theres no meat or cheese on top. Ok, must be a mistake. I drive 5 miles back to HH. The guy says they told him to start putting the meat on the bottom. When I got home the second time, I open it up and there is a fraction of the toppings this salad usually had. I stirred it up to find a mere pittance of meat and a tiny bit of cheese on the bottom. Also, I ordered Fat Free Italian Dressing and they sent regular. Hungry Howies - this salad costs $9.75. Its an extremely poor value now if you are going to put about 1/3 of the usual toppings on it. I wont be back and Ill be sure to tell everyone I know how youre cheating people on these expensive salads now.

1 /5 Renita Enfinger: Sat in drive thru for 45 minutes only to be told pizza wasnt in oven (after I had previously walked up and been told 15 minutes more after 30 minutes of waiting). We left without pizza and lady told us our credit card would be refunded. Credit card was charged when I got statement so I called supervisor"Charles" who hung up on me. I called back 4 times, and he hung up 3 more times, but on 4th yelled, " ...dispute the charges with your credit card company" before hanging up on me the fourth time. Extremely bad customer service and customer service skills at this location!
