KFC - Chipley (FL)

1 /5 Thomas McDaniel: Always on the dirty side and the staff dont know what theyre doing they dont acknowledge customers they can only serve as one person at a time even though there are four people there just walking around. I keep trying them thinking that management is going to get some better people to work but they dont. Today I just turned around and left and went to Arbys next door and was in and out in 5 minutes.

4 /5 Jeremy Fouquet: Food was perfect. Staff horrible. Had to sit and listen to some loud employee yelling about her replacement not showing up for over 20 minutes. Then the wait for any counter service is unbearable. Food was on point though.

1 /5 McAdams Cassandra (Cassie): Today is 9/12/2025 and it is 6:39pm and me and my Husband just came from the KFC in Chipley and actually ended up not even eating there. Firstly the lobby was closed. On the door it had written in poorly with marker that the lobby would close at 7pm. And as you can see from the time I am writing this they didnt even stick to that. So then we get back in our vehicle to attempt just getting food through the drive thru. Only then we see that they only have sweet tea and lemonade as drinks. Again we press on. So then we tried to order the new Game Day Fan Favorites box with the wings and nuggets. Firstly for the customer service rep to act like she had no idea what we were talking about even though there is advertisements literally all over the building marketing this product. Then she finally just said OK the nuggets one, rude and honestly cut my husband off as he tried to explain. And then in the next breath tells us that it will take at least 20 minutes for the wings to be done. This is supposed to be a fast food establishment and honestly if we had been able to eat inside we probably wouldnt even had thought twice about it but to ask us to sit in the vehicle for 20 minutes while in a car line was just ridiculous. It is the middle of the dinner hours how do they not have thier most marketed product right now. And as I write this we already went to Arbys ordered and received our food. This experience was absolutely ridiculous!

3 /5 Dennis Turskey: They were quick in the drive through but unsure of why the lobby was locked at 7pm with no note or indication as to why. I noticed other reviews recently that mentioned the same thing. Maybe its recurring thing? The food was good but they gave me a tiny bite sized piece of chicken with my 2 piece meal. Also, they absolutely need to spend some money on their landscaping. All of their trees are severely overgrown and most the place look run down and almost abandoned. Not what customers want to see when ordering food. Poor upkeep of the landscaping probably means poor upkeep of the kitchen.

5 /5 Kerry Johnson: This place is not perfect but overall I’m very pleased with it. The people are nice. They’re kind to you. They treat you with respect the food is good and if they can’t get to you immediately, they will tell you we’ll be with you in a moment unlike Popeyes in Chipley, rude, unkind, impolite unprofessional Unfriendly. I have no use for the people at Popeyes in Chipley, Florida.
