5 /5 James Zangrilli: My friends and I had a really good meal at salieré and excellent service by Andrea. The artichoke appetizer and Greek style salad was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their entrées, including the pasta with black truffle, chicken Parm, which looked amazing. I had the salmon because the grilled prawn had already sold out, and it was really good.

5 /5 Brittney Kleis: Wonderful first visit. Claudio was very friendly and attentive. We loved being greeted with the complimentary welcome drink and delicious truffle pizza. We got the lobster salad special with bisque dressing, artichokes and ossobucco to share. We’re leaving stuffed and happy! Great atmosphere and very authentic European feel for the overall experience.

5 /5 Elizabeth Grace: The food was so fresh and delicious! Christian, our server, was amazing and really took the time to educate us on the menu. I loved the aesthetic and the Italian music playing throughout the restaurant. The florals and seating were beautiful. The omelet was light and fluffy, and both the Ciao Bella and the Gin Fizz were so refreshing. I can’t wait to come back!

La Salière delivers a true Mediterranean experience, from the food to the service to the atmosphere. The ambiance is outstanding: chic Monte Carlo meets Amalfi seaside. Elegant, bright, stylish — but still relaxed in that effortless Italian way. A huge credit goes to Michele, the General Manager, who brought his experienced team and Chef over from Monaco. You can feel the difference immediately. Service here is professional, warm, and polished. Our server Claudio, part of that team, was fantastic: friendly, attentive, and genuinely knowledgeable about the menu. As for the food, everything tasted authentically Italian. The risotto with seafood, agnolotti, fritto misto and the creamy Italian cake were all standouts, prepared with the simplicity and finesse that defines real Amalfi-style cuisine. La Salière is exactly what Naples Florida has been missing: Somewhere that tastes and feels like you are eating at a high end restaurant in Naples Italy. Authentic, elevated, and already one of the best new dining experiences in the city!
