1 /5 Kadeem Lowry Sr: WAIT WAS TO LONG DRINK WAS WATER DOWN WE ORDER APPETIZER NEVER RECEIVED IT ONLY GOT ONE BREAD WITH BUTTER WE ALSO WAITED ANOTHER 30 MINUTES OR SO FOR OUR FOOD NO KETCHUP FOR THE FRIES BURGER WAS LIKE OKAY BUT THE BREAD WAS HARD AT THE BOTTOM WIFE DIDNT ENJOY HER MEAL OR DRINK......NEVER GOT CHECK ON DOING I LUNCH VISIT BESIDES THE FOOD BEING BROUGHT TO USE....

1 /5 LiveLaughGlow: I placed an order to go at longhorn steakhouse. I got the half rack of ribs and the loaded baked potato. I am not pleased with my baked potato. I was expecting to receive it loaded. But instead they put the toppings in a small container which isnt enough to fill the potato, as you can see from the photo. It looks disgusting. I probably should have checked it before I left the property. Never again. Edit: I couldnt enjoy my food because my loaded baked potato was not loaded and my ribs were tough. The only good thing about my dinner was the dessert.

1 /5 brenda ferro: I went yesterday Thursday night to longhorn in hialeah and there was no wait and the entire restaurant was slow almost no one inside due to the raining weather. Me my sister and my cousin went to eat and we ordered everything in one go appetizers drinks and entrees. The drinks to a little long especially for a slow it was but that’s fine. Appetizer and Caesar salads came quick. But our food took forever to come out I honestly think our server forgot to send in our food. There was not reason for our food to take so long on a night that was not busy at all. After the food took long to come out the lobster came out raw and the steak dry not once did the server Jackie suggest to take it off the meal since we did not even touch the food nor did a manager come by the table to check on us after we were given food that could make us ill. Me and my family have been to long horn many times but never have we had the food come out so bad and the service be mediocre. We were still charged the raw food entree. If you guys would like to eat and pay for raw food this is the place to go too!:) long horn do better

5 /5 Christian Crostelli: The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was excellent. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was fantastic. I had the T-Bone Steak, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. My companions Flos Filet was equally delicious. The sides and dessert were also top-notch. Overall, LongHorn Steakhouse in Hialeah offers great service, delicious food, and a welcoming environment. Highly recommend!
