3 /5 mike haines: Restaurant has two entrances which we thought was a little weird. We sat down at a nice table and started off with some wine. We we ordered the arancini which said it had pepperoni in it. We cut it in half and there was no pepperoni in it in the middle of it was cold. We notify the waitress and then comes the manager. He told us that it was for a catering and he would take half of the bill. I dont know why he would offer that and not offer to fix it? But we told him we only ordered it because we thought I had pepperoni in it. Instead of offering to make it properly you decided to take it off the bill which I thought was a bit weird. The chicken marsala was good. But they dont tell you that they charge you $8 upcharge to switch from pasta to risotto when theyre literally the same exact price on the ala carte menu. I ordered the veal osso bucco which was flavored well but a little dry... Overall it seemed like they tried but the follow through wasnt there. We may come back and try it again one day when its not the holiday season...

5 /5 James Ponicsan: We stopped here for the first time after leaving the Ocala art festival. We were quite pleased. The service was great. We enjoyed good sized, tasty portions. We were too full for desert. We didnt have reservations and were seated rather quickly. I will point out though, this was around 3 PM, so Im guessing we got in before the dinner crowd started showing up. It might be a good idea to look into reservations to avoid being disappointed. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant.

4 /5 Rai Vip “Rai like Rye bread”: Attended a seminar at Mesa de Notte restaurant tonight so we were in a private room with our own menu. Our special menu items had a rather pungent taste to it that I could not quite identify. That’s why the reduction of stars. Joseph,, Jasmine and Katherine were terrific servers. They even packed our leftovers for us in containers and in a paper bag with a convenient handle. The entire restaurant was packed, even though it was a Tuesday night! Waiting was still minimal. This was my very first visit. Free parking in the front and in the back is available. The restrooms were well maintained.
