3 /5 Karla Morales: Someone should really take the time to train Griffin on how to handle seating and customer interactions. We were left waiting while he arranged menus, and at the end of our meal, when I asked if he could break a $50 bill so I could leave a cash tip, his response of “wait for your waitress” came across as dismissive. Even if he couldn’t do it, a simple “I’m sorry, but your waitress can help you with that” would have been much more polite.
That said, the food was delicious. I ordered the rice bowl with chicken and shrimp, and the portion was generous enough to take some home. My husband had the Cobb chicken and shrimp salad and said it was excellent.
Overall, the food was very good, but the service needs improvement. Next time I’m in the area, I may choose Ford’s Garage instead, as their team consistently goes above and beyond.
