The brisket is smoky and tender, the ribs fall right off the bone, and those homemade sauces are spot on. The collard greens are next-level, cooked up with Tom’s own homemade sausage (a secret ingredient that makes them amazing). Don’t skip the homemade pickles either - the ones with red onions are especially delicious. This is real Texas BBQ, made with pride and care.
