1 /5 Jinny Howard: First of all you dont have to worry, I wont EVER come back. Second of all, the disrespect, cursing??? Came after 15 minutes of waiting for 2 freaking hot dogs, and they still werent done. So when I asked for my money back your immediate response from the back was, "Im not wasting product and giving her her money back" so then I say, "Excuse me??!!!" Then you tell me the girl told me it would be 25 minutes for 2 hot dogs. She didnt. I said she didnt twice, mind you- she never disagreed. She at least didnt lie and say she did bc she knows she didnt say it. I wanted 2 hot dogs to go- chili, cheese, mayo, mustard, onion. Thats it. Instead, I waited at least 15 minutes then asked for my money back, and then you refused bc you couldnt waste 2 hot dogs that were barely on the grill. Instead youd rather insult a customer, and fight with them for 10 minutes until its finally done. You say oh, you work at a restaurant you should know better. Yes. Ive worked at restaurants for 25 years. Thats why I know hot dogs are cured meat and already cooked you have to warm them not cook them. But sure. 25 minutes it is. When somebody says Im done waiting give me my money back and Im leaving you put your 2 half cooked hotdogs back in the thing and you let them go. It doesnt matter if youre corporate or a small business. Thats the price you pay to run a business. Nobody expects to wait 25 minutes on hot dogs. What you dont do is refuse to refund them back their money bc you cant waste $1 in hot dogs, insult the company they currently work for bc they are in uniform, and accuse someone who has worked in restaurants for 25 years of trying to scam your small business when they didnt even eat one bite. They didnt even have what I ordered on them, chili cheese dogs with mayo, mustard, onion. they were ripped apart buns with a hot dog and chili. Thats it. So much that my husband had to go back with me to complain, at which point he told you he as well has worked in the restaurant business 20 years and you insulted him too. Oh, if thats where you work I wouldnt be proud. Guess what? If thats where you own? I wouldnt be proud. Your goal should be to make people happy. Not argue with them and insult them. And if you really, truly think, that someone who has worked in restaurants since they were 13, and are now 47, has nothing better to do than complain and cause problems for no reason in a restaurant???? Dude- ur crazy. No worries about me reappearing. You were hateful, rude, lied and said your employees told me if would take a long time when they didnt, then argued forever over the $2 hot dogs I didnt take a single bite of. Funny thing is you insulted my job, my husbands job, and on here complaining about cursing, but i never cursed AT you. I said it doesnt take 25 minutes to heat up fing hot dogs(it doesnt) . But go ahead. I never insulted you or called a name. I said it doesnt take that fingers long. You decided to insult my job, my husbands job and lie about how long I waited, telling him it was 5 minutes when I went outside. Good luck dude
