5 /5 Greg Kimball: I recently visited the Proof Brewery at 1320 S Monroe St, in Tallahassee, FL. I had a nice experience at this brewery. Its a large interior space with plenty of seating. I got there early and was able to have a nice talk with the bartender. A very nice place to enjoy on of their varieties of beer.

5 /5 delaney calhoun: First time ever coming here (12/9) at 3:00pm and This place is amazing!! The House Margarita here is by far the best Marg I’ve ever had!! Ample beer selection, very friendly atmosphere, dog friendly, kid friendly, great food! All around great place to come chill have a couple beers (margaritas)!! we will Definitely will be coming back here!

5 /5 David Swanson: Had lunch with a buddy of yesterday. Food was excellent- that roast beef sandwich drenched in cheese sauce was top notch. Beer was very good too. Our server, CJ, was the highlight of the day. Super nice, attentive and excellent service. When you can parlay great food/drinks with great service, you got yourself a long time winner here.

Our team loves the atmosphere, enjoys the drinks, and looks forward to the menu we curate with Proof’s catering for our parties. If you are looking to host a corporate event or a private party, I highly recommend Proof. They go above and beyond, ensuring the event goes to plan. Our team has a few food allergies and they took the extra time and effort to provide an ingredient list as well as labels for each menu item. A huge shout out to Angela and Byron, they have curated a beautiful space and hired top of the line staff. Support your local business owners, they will not disappoint you.

5 /5 Meagan Phillips: Been coming to Proof since they were over in Tennessee street! Beers are always amazing, food is delicious and the staff is great at this location! Highly recommend the spinach dip and the sausage dog.
