1 /5 Kevin Bernard: The food is good, but the service.... Wow, just wow. The boudin balls are 89 cents a price or 2 for 1.69, at least thats whats on the board. The fry cook told the cashier they were 2 for 2.89. So since I ordered 7 I got charged 1 at 89 cents a 3 at 2.89. When o questioned it, the fry cook got all kinds of bent out of shape and said she had been charging everyone 2.89. So I told her that I would skip the special deal and just charge me .89 for each. She said no, the best she would do is 1.89 for 2. I told her that was still not a deal since 2 at .89 was only 1.78. She told me to come back on Monday when the manager was there. I told her I lived 20 miles away and wouldnt be coming all the way back for 3.60 plus tax. The fry cook was mad because she was having to put together a call ahead chicken order and people we requesting the fresh chicken in the fryer. Well, people wanted an 8 piece mixed and you only have dark in the warmer. What do you want your customers to do? This was the worst temper tantrum I have ever witnessed from an employee because I questioned why I was charged.
Be aware if you buy boudin balls from there.
