1 /5 Ruben Castillo: Ive been having problems with this store regularly missing veggies thats supposed to come with the burgers which are essential (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles). Ive not complained because their burgers are my favorite for the Inverness area and I generally have the veggies at home to replace it with. Just yesterday I ordered 2 "rare" hamburgers again and to no surprise... no veggies and this time I had none at home to replace them with so I was pretty annoyed. What made things worse was that not only were the burgers not rare... they were burned and had an acrid taste. I called the store to inform them and the night manager apologized but when I asked if the veggies came free with the hamburgers (which should be obvious imo) he stated, "I guess." You lost a regular customer and no I dont want the free burgers to "pick-up"... I want money. Update: I spoke with Marlow (Manager) and Megan (Assistant Manager) the next day and explained what happened the night before.. not only did they make me feel appreciated but did everything they could to resolve the matter. Aside from refunding me for the burgers but still offered another free one for the inconvenience. They were very professional, upbeat and a delight. Thanks ladies. I changed my mind... Ill be a returning customer again.

1 /5 Robert Frank: Nothing is edible! Shame on you Inverness Sonny’s for getting rid of all your fat in my takeout order. I ordered and paid extra for brisket extra lean and thinly sliced. What I got was chunks of fat. Don’t worry it won’t go to waste as I will give it to the dogs over the next few days. I can’t give it to them all at once because they’ll get diarrhea.

3 /5 The Florida Traveler: I didnt take a picture because I didnt think I was making a review.... However, I got the Carolina BBQ sandwich. I have had this sandwich before. This particular time, it literally had the smallest amount of coleslaw. It wasnt even a pile and it was dead center in the middle of the sandwich. It was literally like a half a teaspoon worth. And im pretty sure I couldnt find the honey mustard. I hate to be one of those people that sounds like they keep complaining about something to the point that it sounds like its probably the customer? But, each side of the individual pieces of toast were toasted differently. Not sure how that happens? One side was slightly toasted, which I like, and the other side was darkly toasted. The portion of meat was generous, but it did have one big slap of fat in it also. The waitress ended up bringing any small condiment clear container with some coleslaw in it. Still not giving it the proper amount that ive seen prior. But it was okay. She brought honey mustard packets also. Definitely not a waitress problem. She was nice about it. Maybe someone should find out whats going on with the cook. Maybe he was told to cut back on ingredients. But this changes this sandwich entirely. And made presentation of this sandwich, not in existent for "Carolina"

1 /5 Domenico Schianodicola: Well I’m definitely not eating this salad! How can you serve this? Who thought this was ok to package and surprise a frequent customer with this disgrace of a “fresh” salad. All of the lettuce is severely wilted and ROUGH cut. Not to mention half of it was blackening. Also you can clearly tell the salad is made with only the outside leaf layers and not made with any core foliage. In the attached photos you will also see pieces of white bitter bottom trimming that should have been thrown in the garbage instead of my togo box. Also noticed all of the parmigiano cheese was at the very bottom underneath the lettuce…..strange…maybe should have covered the salad to hide ALL of its imperfections.

5 /5 Jenny Gamboa: My husband and I dine here often. Its a great casual dining spot to get barbecue. Plenty of sports playing without the bar atmosphere, definitely family friendly. St. Louis ribs are one of our favorites, along with the pulled pork mac and cheese. Kayley, our server, was very friendly and attentive. Portions were generous and delicious!
