1 /5 Alegna Freites: The service at this restaurant was terrible. The cutlery arrived almost at the end of the meal. The dish called "Rainbow," which is supposed to be a cute and colorful burger and includes a rubber duck, was awful, as if it had been picked up off the floor. When the dish finally arrived, my niece asked about the duck, and they told us they were out of them. They should have told us that beforehand. We ordered a basket of fries, and it arrived almost empty. The dishes all arrived at different times. We came to celebrate my nieces birthday, and it was a disaster. I have to say that the Blue Cheese Bacon Burger was very good, and the flavor of the meat was spectacular! The fries were also very good. I hope they improve the service and overall quality. We spoke with the manager, who very kindly listened to us, offered an apology and a credit on our bill, and even offered to send the duck dish to our home. The place is super cool; Ive been to other locations in other states and had a great time! I hope to experience the same level of service and quality of these restaurants in Orlando again soon.
