2 /5 Adam Lurie: I want to start by saying that the service from Ashley was absolutely phenomenal. She was attentive, kind, and genuinely tried her best to make the experience enjoyable despite the challenges coming from the kitchen.
Unfortunately, the food experience was abysmal. I ordered a vegan burrito, and it was prepared incorrectly not once, twice, but three times — the first two times including dairy after I clearly requested a vegan option. On the third attempt, I decided to give up when my burrito (which I had specifically asked to have extra beans) arrived with no beans at all, as shown in the attached photo.
It’s disappointing because the front-of-house staff truly delivered excellent service, but the kitchen execution completely missed the mark. I sincerely hope management addresses this disconnect, because with service as good as Ashley’s, the restaurant has the potential to be great
it just needs consistency and attention to detail from the kitchen as currently the management responded to my concern with a grunt and a refund. Although I appreciate the refund his non verbal demeanor left alot to be desired especially with it being our first visit.
