5 /5 Frank Punzo: We had a great experience at The Citrus Room Prime Steakhouse. Everything including the atmosphere, the service, the drinks and the food exceeded our expectations. We started out with some inventive cocktails which were customized to our liking. We got the CiCis Crostini Creations as an appitizer and they were really delicious. For our entrees, we got the Delmonico Steak and Collosal Shrimp. The steak was one of the best we have had. Both dishes were cooked perfectly and gave us that rare "wow" experience. We had no room to eat the deserts but they boxed them for us and they were delicious even the following day. Very highly recommend this place!

From the moment we stepped into this charming historic spot across from the Pasco County courthouse, we were enveloped in a warm, intimate ambiance that felt like a step back to elegant old-school romance—think soft lighting, cozy booths, and subtle nods to the areas citrus heritage that made the whole place feel uniquely Floridian and special. Our server, who introduced himself as Kyle, was a true gem—attentive without hovering, with a genuine smile and insider tips on the menu that made us feel like VIPs celebrating our milestone. The "old-school steakhouse" value here is phenomenal: every entrée includes a fresh salad, side, and dessert, all for one straightforward price. We started with the house salad—crisp greens with a zesty citrus vinaigrette that was a perfect, light prelude. For mains, I went with the crab-topped filet mignon, which melted in my mouth like butter, tender and perfectly seared with that rich, buttery crab Oscar that elevated it to perfection. My wife raved about her New York Strip—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to a precise medium-rare, paired with a loaded baked potato that was fluffy and indulgent. We washed it down with a makers mark old fashioned and a black Manhattan which complemented everything beautifully. But the real showstopper? The complimentary desserts—a decadent lemon raspberry tart for me and a carmel cheesecake for her, both executed flawlessly. By the end of the night, we were toasting not just to our years together, but to this hidden gem of a restaurant that made our anniversary feel truly magical. 5 /5 Johanna A: What a beautiful gem in Dade City, FL! My husband and I made a reservation online and went for a date night. The atmosphere was great from the start. Our server, Kyle, was perfect and so helpful for my gluten free needs. I was able to enjoy the Cowgirl Ribeye without the sauce that normally comes with it to make it GF and he proactively let me know what baked potato and salad toppings were gluten free, along with the flourless chocolate cake! I felt so “safe” and not like a burden thanks to their attentiveness. I enjoyed a blackberry mojito mocktail. Their salad and baked potato toppings come on the side which is great so you can add more or less of what you prefer. Thank you, Citrus Room for a lovely and safe dinner! Can’t wait to go back.

5 /5 Waylon Goss: When I heard about a prime steak house in Dade city I was very surprised. I went online and made a reservation. The ambience of the whole place was modern but classic all at the same time. I got a mom and pop feel with the entree coming with a salad, potato and a desert. But with an elevated experience with the lighting and attention to detail. The beautifully plated dishes and high end service of a big city restaurant. The Delmonico steak was cooked very good. The cocktails are very well made. Definitely recommend to come here anytime you are looking for a beautiful dinner with loved ones or friends.
