5 /5 Eva McDonald: The Corner Cafe is OPEN!!! Fridays Only between 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. My husband and I Love Chef Michael and his homemade, very delicious soups, salads and sandwiches! Everything is always served hot and fresh in a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. The Corner Cafe is our favorite place to visit in Historic Downtown Sanford.

2 /5 Shantal Irizarry: Update: during covid they lost me as a customer. I ordered 2 cubans for pick up. When processing my payment the owner turned the screen to me for the tip. I didnt tip anything since i was picking up my food (no one brought it out to my car). The owner looked at the $0 tip and had the audacity to question me why i didnt leave any tip! He said that i needed to reconsider since the employees prepared my food and packed it and that they get paid the minimum wage! How rude! He should pay his employees a living wage so that they dont have to depend on tips to survive! I was craving a cuban sandwich.Found this restaurant/cafe In downtown Sanford with great reviews. The Cuban sandwich is a MUST! The owner was so amazing! He took the time to explain the menu to EVERYONE who walked it with the same energy and enthusiasm. With the meal they even included a free small dessert, which i found super nice. Will def visit again!
