2 /5 Jonathan Jones: Ordered food online. I knew they were giving me old fries so I asked for fresh. They gave me the old fries they had put out. I came back in and asked for fresh fries. They took the fries I handed them back and put them into the fresh fry holder. Gross! Got the food home and while eating I felt hair in my mouth. A very long hair was in my food so I definitely put it in the trash and will never visit this place again. I was Leary when there was no one there at 5 pm or in the drive thru and its right outside of a Walmart. I do not recommend this place. The people were friendly but thats about the best I can say for them. My sandwich was barely warm and had hair in it. Thank you for saving me some unneeded calories but eewwww!!

1 /5 ItchyBallz6969: Pulled through the drive through to be answered by the slowest AI ever, not even being sarcastic the drive through is run by AI, and then I pull to the window to pay, then I’m told to pull forward. There was nobody infront of me nobody behind me the ENTIRE TIME, after sitting pulled forward for around 20 minutes I put the car in reverse and go back to the window where the employee is sitting on her phone leaning against the wall, she then looks at me hands me the bag of food and closes the window without saying a word. Absolutely awful service and I can only imagine the management that lets this slide.

3 /5 Chili Mac: Its always the same old same here and my expectations are very low. If it wasnt convenient to the jobsite Id opt out but driving further into town for McDs or BK cuts too deep into my break time and I can only eat so many tacos. It sure would be nice if they could at least keep the lobby clean and necessary syrups in the Coke Freestyle machine since they seem so inconvenienced for a refill (a situation they created by not ordering enough inventory - supply chain issues should be eliminated by now, right?!). I dont understand how this location can have so many bad reviews and not be under the microscope for food and service quality. Im over the focus being on pushing orders out the drive thru window when you have people patiently waiting inside. If you dont want to deal with the lobby, remodel the location into a dual drive thru like a Rallys or Checkers. Regardless of the market for employee availability, if you take care of your employees they will take care of your customers. Work hard. Be better.

1 /5 Denise: I went to wendy’s to get a salad and per usual they didn’t had no salads so I got got a spicy chicken and when I got home I took a bit the chicken was RAW.

1 /5 Another Fish Guy: WORST WENDYS EVER! No chili, no fries, place was a mess all tables were dirty. We had to ask for someone to clean the tables since they were all sticky and filthy. Instead of cleaning them, they just gave us a spray bottle and paper towels to do it ourselves.
