5 /5 Ashley Kerby: My mom and I started going to get dip manicures together a couple months ago. The first time we went, I was looking up nail salons close to my home because my mother snagged a nail past the quick while she was with me, and Secret Nail had the most consistent reviews with highest rating, so I suggested we try them for a fix to keep my moms nail protected while the damage grew out. My mom is in her 70s and had never in her life had her nails done professionally before this, so she was nervous. But the woman who greeted us listened to our concerns and suggested dip powder, which is admittedly pricey but has been a game changer in helping my mom keep her brittle nails unbroken since then. We go every 2-3 weeks and have worked with many different nail techs - Elaine, Vanessa, Lina, Diane, and Kevin, to name several. All the staff there have been very kind and helpful as well as consistent in service. They do take appointments, but weve almost always stopped by as walk-ins on weekday afternoons so far and had no trouble with quick service. If you are sensitive to strong smells I would recommend not going on a Saturday, because its one of their busiest days and the acetone scent can be strong then. But otherwise, I highly recommend them!

5 /5 Casey Rivera: Went to a new nail salon a few weeks ago with my daughters and spent $200 on 3 sets and we all walked away unhappy! The nails weren’t all the same length, didn’t get at all what we asked for but is what it is. I went here today and Alex made everything so much better. He took his time and fixed their mess up and remembered the design and colors I asked for. He is a true artist and wants his customers happy not just there to make money! Will def be back for my next fill in.

1 /5 Angelina Perugini: I went here on 11/27 and got a gel French manicure. Not even a week later they started to chip from BOTH end of my nail and the cuticle side (pics of nails in car). I went in to get them fixed and all they did was add a coat of white to the tips and put another layer of the top coat on top. Now not even a week later of getting them fixed, they’re chipping and peeling off. I would not come back again given that this was my first time even there.

POLISH - The Nail Bar - Jacksonville Kayla Calvaire: I came in for a pedicure, the place is very nice. They offer refreshments and the people were nice as well. Some have more of a language barrier than others. My service was not the best. My nail tech struggled taking off the acrylic on my big toes. My feet was not scrubbed properly, my big toe nails were not shaped, I had to assist with cutting my second toe to make it straight, my toes are clean though. I won’t be coming back but give it a go maybe my person was just bad. I was serviced by Kim.

Alina Nail Studio - Jacksonville Elizabeth C: BEAUTIFUL RUSSIAN MANICURE! Stella was detailed, careful, and worked very quickly to complete my manicure. I had no pain or bleeding AT ALL during cuticle cleanup unlike the experience I’ve had in most other nail salons. My nails look healthy and feel very natural, not thick like an acrylic manicure. The location was clean and bright, and the owner was very friendly, helping to translate to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Booking is easy as it is all online. I did accidentally book a same day appointment and was unable to change it (oops!). But the owner quickly responded and changed it with no problem. I will definitely return for my next manicure and pedicure!

The staff is warm and attentive, ensuring a delightful experience every time. This is definitely my go-to place for all things nails. Highly recommend!

J&T NAILS - Jacksonville Karley Kruer: I just moved here and I’ve been trying to find a good nail salon and I think I’ve found it!! I called to see if I could walk in and they were so understanding and considerate. They sat me immediately and were so thorough with my nails. They were nice and so so good. Amazing quality, amazing nails, amazing people. VERY good first impression. I would have walked out of there with no nail polish on my acrylics and still would have been happy with my nails, thats how perfect they were. The shape, the size, and then after the polish was on it was amazon and so so perfect. 10/10 I’ve already recommended friends.

Nail Boulevard - Jacksonville Kate Phillips: The women here are AMAZING. Super sweet and helpful when i had to bring my kids in and get my nails done. They helped my daughter go potty and played with my son. Love the staff! Nails not perfect, a lot of my previous color is still on my nails. Shaping is crooked and length not consistent. I wont come back to get my nails and toes done but would definitely come back for the hospitality!

ST. JOHNS NAIL SPA - St Johns Sheri Guthrie: Ran is wonderful! All of the staff members are so friendly and helpful with everything you need! Will not go anywhere else! Fantastic nail salon!! A huge thank you to everyone who works there. You are all amazing and go over and beyond great service. I have an amazing experience every time Im there. Ran is amazing with pedicures and everything he does. Thank you, thank you!

Trendy Nails - Jacksonville Haley Shelar: I chose trendy nails based on reviews and pictures, and I wish my experience would have related to those reviews! I came in 10 minutes after opening on a Friday, and I was the first customer in the store. I was immediately sat, and they asked me what I wanted. I told them a full set with gel polish and designs, and a pedicure. She asked if I had a picture of what I liked, and I showed her a few pictures of inspiration and told her exactly what I wanted on each nail. The language barrier was really difficult to get through and she completely misunderstood my design, which I did not realize until the end. I asked for light brown chrome, which is a huge trend currently, with monarch butterfly designs on my middle finger, and a French nail monarch design on my ring finger. I acknowledged that it was a bit difficult, and we could tweak it if needed. After getting through the conversation, I thought she understood exactly what I wanted. So she started on my nails. Another employee brought over a very dark brown, darker than I preferred. I asked if they had a lighter brown and she brought over two more dark browns, one that just had a little bit more of a red tone. I told her the original brown was fine, even though I saw a wall full of polishes at the back of the salon. Once my acrylic was applied, and my nails were filed down, but before the dark brown polish was put on, I asked my tech if I could go look at the wall of nail polish to make sure I didn’t like anything better. She asked another employee to bring over a ring of gel colors that were outdated. I knew they were outdated because the dark brown they brought me was not on the ring. At this point, I felt like they didn’t care to give me what I wanted so I told her the first dark brown was fine. She then did a French tip that was not the style that I asked for, and the monarch butterfly design didn’t show up because the dark brown and black basically blend together. I was so ready to get out of the salon because I was so upset, I skipped the pedicure. This is my first time since having my baby nine months ago I’ve come out to have my nails done, and I didn’t get anything close to what I wanted. I felt like nobody tried to , communicate with me. There was another employee who would have been able to communicate with me better at the back the salon doing her own nails, and FaceTime on the phone. They kept going back to her to ask her about the designs I was showing them. Had she taken the time to come up to me, the designs could’ve been properly communicated, and I bet they would’ve killed it! My nails didn’t turn out horrible. They’re not what I wanted. And they were messy. I had polish, glue, and acrylic all over my fingers that I was peeling off for an hour. I was extremely disappointed in my experience, I really wanted to love this salon, again, based on other raves and reviews. I will probably not return. I’ve included pictures of my inspiration and what I got…..light brown chrome on all nails. Monarch design on middle finger, French monarch design on ring finger. Spent $80 + $15 tip

Ritzy Nail Spa - Jacksonville AL W: Leah did great with my nails during my first visit and with my husbands foot spa on our next visit. The guys who work there are also great at their job. Seems like everyone who works in this nail salon takes pride in their work. No wonder this place is usually busy even in weekdays. I highly recommend this place for anyone getting their nails and eyebrow done.

Nails.com - Jacksonville Liz B.: I absolutely love going to Nail.com on Beach Blvd. My two favorite nail techs are My and Annie. They are beasts at 3D designs. And from what Ive seen, the other nails techs do good work as well. The price that Ive attached includes a pedicure as well.

Rose Vy Nails (10% OFF for Birthday) - Jacksonville Brittney Crane: Awesome service! Everyone had a customer when I got there but it was no time before I was in the pedicure chair. I was out of there much sooner than I expected! Also waxing went well! I also enjoyed that they give 10% off for your bday! Ironically I was treating myself for my birthday! The entire staff were friendly and accommodating. I will be back!
