5 /5 YA1000: My very first time in 1Stop and it was an amazing experience. Manager is a great guy showing an unbelievably customer service. Ive got stuck with the car brakes almost one block away from the workshop and in a very prompt action he solved the problem. Now on 1Stop became my first choice from brakes issues to any other maintenance service they provide.

They Charged me 500$ for electrical diagnoses because my car kept over heating and they thought it was an electrical issue,then they say the problem was fixed and later had to come back to the shop because it was still over heating (left the car almost a week there) to then only find out it was still over heating and then they tell me later it was a radiator fan problem.charged me almost 300$ for the job and Then a couple weeks later the same issue came up , took it to them and same thing, left my car for a week and then they said issue was fixed. It was not. I was so frustrated and then I took it to another shop and they fixed it within a day. I would never recommend this shop to any one who has a major issue with their car. Stay away.

I was attended by Mr. Luis Lezcano, the manager of the workshop. His service was first-class, and his customer service was exceptional, just like the staff at the workshop. They provided me with excellent service, and he also recommended that I replace the tires, offering price options that fit my budget. I am truly satisfied with the service and highly recommend this workshop."

Luis is the manager and he keeps you informed on the vehicle status. Over 5 star service.
