My overall experience was beyond my expectations and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Tonya is truly great at what she does. If you are looking for a stylist who listens and is attentive to your hair needs, Tonya is the best I have seen. She is like a "doctor" who diagnose your hair and tailors your hair treatment and style to your personality.

When I tell you I made an instant friend, it was a true Blessing. Tonya is as real as they come. 1 /5 Natasha Ware: Another review so that Tonya can remember who I am and the "unruly" hair that Ms. Brenda had to deal with. The salon was nice and the stylist was actually super sweet; she even had good reviews for doing natural hair (blowout and silk press). However, this was not my experience. I lost so much hair during the visit that I cried in the car on the way home. The breakage and heat damage is still to be determined but they are both inevitable. Its my fault for not speaking up and now its on me get my hair back to being healthy. Who combs through dry, curly natural hair? Why the separate conditioning treatment if youre going to shampoo? Why the multiple passes with a hot comb and flat iron after blow drying? It was just awful. Your response to my review(s) signals your disdain for natural hair and that you much prefer to handle chemically straightened hair. There have been significant changes in black hair care in the last 40 years and you should check out some YouTube videos on how to treat natural hair if you want to improve your skills.
