I never feel pressured to do unnecessary repairs and they always give me a full run down of what needs to be done and how soon. Unfortunately, as someone who has experienced many issues with mechanics, Absolute Auto is always transparent and Lena always makes me feel heard. Thank you guys for amazing service!

5 /5 Barry Heller: About 4 years ago when I moved to Florida, a very good friend who has been an Absolute customer for many years, recommended Drew and Lena. Every time I enter the shop, I am greeted and treated with smiles and respect. Some months ago I had a battery issue and a neighbor recommended a shop closer to home (I live in Boynton Beach), I opted to pay for a tow to Absolute to have the issue resolved. Im willing literally to go the extra mile(s) just as Drew and Lena and their staff do to provide the ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE; and I have never been disappointed. Kudos to the "Mensch with a Wrench!!"

Jodi Hlasny: This is probably the most well-deserved review I have ever written. So I had a small nail in my brand new tire. It didnt look like my tire pressure was going down yet, but to be safe I stopped at this auto shop to see if they could plug my tire. An older gentleman came out and looked at my tire and said nope, we cant plug it, you need a new tire or we need to possibly patch it. But then Ricardo, WHO DESERVES A HUGE RAISE, came out and said wait a minute let me take a look at her tire considering she said her tire pressure did not go down. Ricardo looked at the tire, took out his tools and removed the nail. He sprayed the tire with a special spray to make sure there was no leak and said theres zero damage to your tire. You are completely fine. I went from almost having to get a $600 brand new tire to a $0 charge. On top of that, Ricardo checked all of my tires to make sure they were all at the right air pressure. This auto shop will have my business moving forward. I WILL NOT look elsewhere. Thank you so much Ricardo for your honesty and customer service!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if i could give it!!!
