3 /5 Brenda Isaacs: I have been going there for many years while in Naples. I did not get very good customer service yesterday. Sweet girl did a great job and then just got up and left and someone else sat down to finish. No explanation. He did not put a fan on my nails. Told me to sit for 10 minutes. I did. No one ever came back so I finally got up and they were not dry. Messed them up trying to get my sandals on. Asked the guy doing nails next to me if someone could help. He said when he got done. He had just started. I sat there another 20 minutes. Then I got up to leave. Someone came then and told them I was not happy. Then they were willing to do what I wanted. I was there 1 1/2 hours for a 45 minute appointment! Poor customer service!

I always make an appointment with Trang and she humors all of my designs, every design is amazing. Very good attention to detail and she’s very gentle. Overall a very clean and pleasant atmosphere. I look forward to my appointments each time.
