2 /5 Kristina Martinovic: Very unhappy with my haircut. She cut much more than I requested and the entire cut is uneven. Also they have very cheap hair products. She couldn’t even brush through my hair and when I asked for a detangling spray or serum to help brush through my hair, she didn’t have anything. Would definitely not recommend or go back there. Also they charge $45 to blow dry your hair on top of the Groupon price you pay. Not worth it

3 /5 Lianne Aranha: Although the staff was sweet, did not get even close to what I asked for. They’re not very knowledgeable on color theory and at one point bleached the center of my head (my roots) so I looked bald. They were going to leave it like that if I didn’t look so alarmed and ask them about it. They then had to fix it thank god. If you’re going for something simple - I’m sure they’ll do a great job. However if it requires a little more technique and knowledge about color - I would look elsewhere. Also heads up: $30 for two highlights on my bangs which were just bleached so now they’re orange instead of caramel/copper. I’ll have to fix that at another salon now, but the rest of my hair looks alright and he blow dried it well.

1 /5 alexandra nekhankin: I came to get the dead ends off, I said an inch or 2. She took off 4 at least, all uneven all over. Gave me layers in the front after months of me growing it out. I am crying writing this. My hair is 2 different lengths completely. I’m sick.

5 /5 Kayla Calle: Esterilla is the best at what she does! Her work is testimony to her expertise! Love getting my haircut with her and treatments as well!
