1 /5 Alexis Grifffith: I have been taking my kid here for a good amount of time and not once I have been rescheduled or turned away. The past couple weeks, I was rescheduled due to different owner/management taking over. A lot of people left this facility, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Today, I was turned away for being less than 10 minutes late. Only one person was in the lobby so I was very confused why they couldn’t fit my daughter in if I was willing to wait. This also made my daughter late to school, and they wouldn’t give me a note saying we showed & they had to reschedule us.
I work in adult healthcare & never turn my patients away for being late. For being in child healthcare, things obviously happen that can throw a wrench in our schedules - so to be turned away was really disheartening. They showed no sympathy or compassion either. A “I apologize” or “would she like a little toy” or a school note. The customer service has really depleted in this office and I feel terrible because the providers are really good and gentle with the kids. Hopefully it was just a tough morning for them and this isn’t a constant demeanor they give their customers.
