Dr Malaric is the best in south Florida she’s replaced 3 bridges all flawlessly with no pain and she’s very gentle and caring. She’s replaced over 4 old fillings with out any issues. She’s also done zoom whitening witch takes a while but makes sure your very comfortable . Her hygienist has done the greatest cleanings. She’s doing my Invisalign now and within only four months its made a huge difference in my smile .. if your looking for the best of the best that ft Myers has to offer Dr. Malaric is a gleaming example. ..She really cares about her patients and does amazing work ..Her staff is just as kind and caring , and they make you feel like family! I would recommend her to anyone who’s looking for an outstanding dentist, and if you ever have a dental emergency she will be there for you.!

5 /5 Hannah Oliver: Dr. Spaska and her team are amazing! I went to her for restorative crowns after an accident and they made sure everything about my teeth was perfect before the finished result. I felt very comfortable through every procedure and love the outcome so much, my teeth look better now than before the accident!

5 /5 Lizzy Overlund: While Alliance Dental is out of my network and does have slightly higher costs, I am happy with the teams service. The front desk associate (Im so sorry I dont remember your name) is one of the most friendly ladies. My hygienist is thorough with cleanings, super kind and personable, and answers my questions with confidence and knowledge. I appreciate the teams use of technology to alert me to my appointments as reminders as well.

5 /5 William Huber: Alliance Dental is my new dentist. I was having a problem and my dentist would not make the time to see me in the next day or two - even with the amount of pain I was in. Alliance was recommended to me by a co-worker. I called them and after they heard how much pain I was in, they made some time for me the very first thing the next morning. The staff is professional, personable, and you can tell they all really care about providing high-quality treatments for their patients. They fixed me up, checked on me later that same day...and also called me the next day to make sure I was getting better. I also love the idea of them being a small and independent practice. Again, this is where you see their passion for quality care coming through. I cannot say enough about these folks. And all of this is coming from a person who is just one step shy of being a full-blow "dental-phobe".
