5 /5 C E: Great first experience here. My mom and I got classic pedicures with Trish and Noel, and added the 10 minute foot massage, which was worth it. I couldn’t decide on a color, so Trish was kind enough to put each color on a different nail so I could decide. I’ll definitely be coming back. The complimentary wine was a nice touch too!

5 /5 Bette Lyons: I have been coming to Allure and before that when the were luxury nails at their prior location for 6 years. They are the best. Jennifer and Leo are very nice caring people. Noel is also an amazing technician . Can’t say enough good things about them. 10 stars out of 5 they use to review.

5 /5 Sabrina ღ: First time coming here, & Lilly did an amazing job. I got my toes (gel) & a gel overlay on my nails. The color I chose was a lavender matte, really pretty. Im definitely coming back!! Needless to say, I had a wonderful experience!!

2 /5 stephanie gingerich: Our group scheduled 3 services. The total was well over $300. One full set of nails, one gel manicure and one set of lashes. I would say the nail services were good. My 14 year old was disappointed they couldn’t do a flower on her nails which they show nails on their website with designs. That was misleading. For me the lashes are where the most complaint comes from. I asked the lady how long she has been doing them. She said 10 years. I felt more comfortable having them done. She was nice and helped my eyes calm down from twitching. However I am at the 48 hour mark of these lashes. I have had several fall out and now I have holes in spots. She glued some of the lash ends to the tips of my lashes instead of the base of the eyelid. I assume to make them look longer at the ends. (I added a directly after image of them uneven and 2 up close of them today at the 48 hour mark) I have light lashes and this made my lashes look awful. I am an esthetician and am trained in lashes. These should not look like this nor should this many be falling out so quickly. I did follow the rules of not getting them wet. I am not new to lashes. The other frustrating part is that she prefers you to fall asleep and says so at the beginning. As I am trying to relax someone knocks on the door to give her phone to her because she missed a call. She proceeded to call them back. Then when he didn’t answer he called her back. Then she talked for about 5-10 min. Then he calls again and she answers to talk. How is someone supposed to fall asleep and stay asleep when you are talking on your phone. Then she suggested at the end that I take advil pm before an appointment to relax and fall asleep faster. I was not a difficult client. I don’t think that was necessary. I think that she should be more professional in a service and the client would be able to relax more and sleep better. Overall my lashes weren’t great. I am not the type to complain and point out the issue so I just left with them. The 48 hour mark is just worse with them falling out. Add that one side was more full than the other. She also works out of a closet in the back.
